Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with every aspect of your dealings with GoldGold then please tell us. Complete the Complaints Form in as much detail as possible regarding the issues or problems that you have experienced. We will respond within 1 working day to acknowledge your complaint and to give you the name of the staff member handling the complaint.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days of receipt. If we are unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction within 5 working days then the complaint will be passed to a senior manager for review and resolution. In the unlikely event that we are still unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction within a further 5 working days then the complaint will be passed to our MD for his personal attention.
